Testimonials
Hello,
I am pleased to be writing about this amazing program. We were approached by Lennox a couple months back about bringing on a future tech that has gone through the Build A Tech program. Demaree’ had no experience prior to the class, but had enough education to begin his career as an hvac tech. We had him start with our IAQ install team as a helper and have since had him doing ride alongs with Service and Maintenance techs. He has a great attitude and a willingness to work.
What I love about the future of this program is that we are setting people up for success. College isn’t for everyone, and the trades are falling off with our current generations unwillingness to work. Having the opportunity for continued education, assistance with tools and other tremendous options. I do not have a college degree yet have made it to the Director spot of a large Home Services company. I pray that we are able to save others from going into significant debt, never graduating, or giving up on education altogether by utilizing programs like the Friends and Family program.
Please feel free to reach out to me for any other details. It is impossible to list all of the benefits of this program, but I’ll forever be an advocate.
God Bless you all,
Barry Williams
